Mission Statement: Empowering single parent families and transforming lives

The Havenwood program provides transitional housing for single parents and their children in a supportive environment to help families become economically self-sufficient and transition into permanent housing.

The Havenwood program meets basic needs by providing a safe and secure place to live. Our facility houses fifteen fully furnished apartments, complete with private kitchen and bath, for each single parent family. Residents sign a lease with Community Development Corporation of Bentonville/Bella Vista, Inc. and can stay up to two years.

Applicants must agree to fully participate in the Havenwood Program. Havenwood provides support, resources, and referrals to break down the barriers each family faces in order to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
